Users

Manage user accounts, view session activity, and monitor engagement trends across the platform.

The Users page gives admins a complete view of every account on the platform. You can search for specific users, review their roles and departments, and monitor session activity trends.

This page requires admin access.

User Table

The main table displays one row per user with the following columns:

  • Username -- the user's display name
  • Email -- their registered email address
  • Roles -- assigned roles (e.g., admin, user)
  • Department -- the department the user belongs to
  • Sessions -- session count with a trend indicator
  • Last Active -- when the user was last seen on the platform

Session Trend Indicators

Next to each user's session count you will see an arrow indicating whether their activity is trending up or down compared to the previous week:

  • An up arrow means the user has more sessions this week than last week
  • A down arrow means fewer sessions this week

These trends help you quickly identify users who are becoming more engaged or who might be disengaging from the platform.

Use the search bar at the top of the table to filter users by name or email. This is helpful when you need to find a specific account quickly rather than scrolling through the full list.

User Detail Page

Click on any row in the table to open that user's detail page. The detail view provides deeper information about the individual user, including their full activity history and configuration.
