Dashboard

The admin analytics dashboard provides a real-time overview of platform activity, usage metrics, and system health.

The Dashboard is your command center for monitoring platform activity. It surfaces the most important metrics at a glance so you can understand how your systemprompt.io instance is being used without digging through logs or databases.

This page requires admin access.

Key Metrics

At the top of the dashboard you will find summary cards showing:

  • Total Users -- the number of registered accounts on the platform
  • Active Sessions -- how many users have an active session right now
  • AI Requests -- the total count of AI requests processed
  • Tool Calls -- the total number of tool invocations across all agents and skills

These numbers give you an immediate pulse check on platform health and adoption.

Charts and Visualizations

Requests Over Time

A line chart showing AI request volume over the last 24 hours. This helps you identify peak usage periods and spot any unusual spikes or drops in activity that might warrant investigation.

Top Tools Used

A breakdown of the most frequently called tools across the platform. Use this to understand which capabilities your users rely on most and to inform decisions about which plugins or skills to prioritize.

Department Breakdown

A chart showing usage distribution across departments. This is useful for understanding adoption patterns and identifying teams that might benefit from additional onboarding or training.

Activity Heatmap

The heatmap displays hourly event distribution across the day. Each cell represents an hour, and the color intensity reflects the volume of events during that period. This visualization makes it easy to spot:

  • Peak usage hours
  • Quiet periods where maintenance could be scheduled
  • Unusual activity patterns that might indicate issues

The dashboard includes navigation shortcuts to frequently used admin pages such as user management, job monitoring, and event logs. These let you jump directly to the relevant page when a metric catches your attention.
