My Agents

The My Agents page lists all the AI agents configured in your workspace. Agents are AI configurations with system prompts that define Claude's personality, tone, and behavior for different use cases.

What Are Agents?

While skills provide task-specific instructions, agents define the overall persona and behavioral framework for Claude. An agent's system prompt sets the foundation — who Claude is, how it communicates, what it prioritizes, and what boundaries it follows.

For example, you might have a "Technical Writer" agent that responds in a precise, documentation-focused style, and a "Creative Brainstormer" agent that takes a more exploratory, idea-generating approach.

Agents are typically added to your workspace when you install plugins from the Plugin Directory, but you can also create custom agents.

Browsing Your Agents

The agents table shows each agent with the following details:

• Name — The agent's name and description
• Plugins — Linked badges showing which plugins the agent belongs to (click to view)
• Source — Whether the agent is Official (from the marketplace) or Custom (created by you)
• Actions — Edit or delete the agent

Searching

Use the search bar to find agents by name or description.

Expanding Agent Details

Click on any agent row to expand it and see more information:

• System prompt preview — A preview of the agent's system prompt
• Plugin assignments — Which plugins this agent is associated with
• Base agent ID — The unique identifier
• JSON view — The raw JSON data for the agent

Creating a New Agent

Click the + New Agent button to open the agent editor. You can define a custom system prompt and configure the agent's behavior from scratch.

Editing and Deleting Agents

Use the action buttons to edit or delete agents. Editing opens the agent editor where you can modify the name, description, system prompt, and plugin assignments. Deleting an agent removes it from your workspace permanently.
